This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you use the Melodeo app, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

• User Inputs: text prompts, titles, and other information you submit to generate songs (the “Inputs”).

1.2 Information collected automatically

• Device and app information: device type, operating system, app version, language, time zone, and identifiers (e.g., device IDs).
• Usage data: interactions with features (e.g., which modes you use), generation counts, session duration, and feature performance.
• Log data: IP address, timestamps, crash logs, and diagnostic data.
• Approximate location: derived from IP address for security, fraud prevention, and analytics (not precise GPS unless you explicitly grant it).

1.3 Purchases and subscription information

If you purchase a subscription or other Paid Features:

• Payment processing is handled by Apple/Google (or our payment processor if web billing is offered).
• We may receive limited purchase metadata such as subscription status, product ID, and renewal/expiration timestamps.
• We do not receive or store your full payment card details when purchases are made through Apple/Google.

2) How we use information

We use information to:

• Provide and operate the Service: generate songs, deliver outputs, maintain your account.
• Improve the Service: debugging, performance monitoring, product analytics, feature development.
• Moderate and keep the Service safe: detect spam, fraud, abuse, and policy violations.

3) AI / generation processing

Melodeo generates content from your Inputs. To do this, your Inputs may be processed by our systems and by service providers that help us run the Service (for example, cloud hosting or model providers).

Important notes:

• Generated outputs may be similar to content created for other users; we do not guarantee uniqueness.
• Do not include sensitive personal information in your Inputs (e.g., passwords, financial account numbers, government IDs).

4) How we share information

We may share information in these situations:

4.1 Service providers

We use vendors to help us provide the Service (e.g., hosting, analytics, crash reporting, customer support, and content generation). These vendors may process information on our behalf under contractual obligations to protect it.

Inputs and Generated Content:

• We may store your Inputs and generated songs to let you access them later and to improve reliability and prevent abuse.
• You can request deletion as described below.
