Melodeo Terms & Conditions

Company: BlendingBytes Technologies (or your legal entity name) (“Melodeo,” “we,” “us,” “our”)

Service: The Melodeo mobile app, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1) Who can use Melodeo

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. If you are under 18 (or the age of majority where you live), you may use the Service only with a parent/guardian’s consent and supervision.

2) Your account

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us of unauthorized access.

3) What Melodeo does

Melodeo lets you generate music/audio content based on text prompts and other inputs (the “Generated Content”). The Service may provide templates/modes (e.g., Roast Rap, Apology songs) and may also allow custom prompts.

4) Subscriptions, billing, and renewals

4.1 Plans

Melodeo may offer weekly and/or monthly subscription plans (each a “Subscription”) and may also offer one-time purchases, credits, or other paid features (“Paid Features”).

4.2 Billing via Apple / Google (most common)

If you subscribe through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, payment and renewal are handled by that platform. Your Subscription typically auto-renews unless you cancel before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel in your device account settings (App Store/Play Store).

4.3 Billing via website (if applicable)

If we offer payment on our website, your Subscription will auto-renew unless canceled before the end of your current billing period, and you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

4.4 Price changes (no fixed price)

We may change Subscription prices and/or plan features from time to time.

• App Store / Play Store: price changes are handled according to the platform’s rules and may require your acknowledgement or consent depending on the change and local laws.
• Website subscriptions (if applicable): we will provide reasonable notice of price changes where required. New prices take effect on your next renewal unless otherwise stated.

4.5 Trials and promotions

We may offer free trials or discounts. Trials may convert to paid Subscriptions unless you cancel before the trial ends. Promotional eligibility and duration are determined by us and/or the platform.

4.6 Cancellations

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise by the platform or required by law. We do not provide prorated refunds unless required by law or explicitly stated.

4.7 Refunds

Refunds are handled as follows:

• App Store purchases: Apple’s refund policies apply.
• Google Play purchases: Google’s refund policies apply.
• Website purchases (if applicable): refunds, if any, are at our discretion unless required by law.

5) Your content and permissions

5.1 Your Inputs

You may provide text, titles, prompts, images, or other materials (collectively, “Inputs”). You represent you have the rights to submit your Inputs and that they do not violate these Terms.

5.2 License you grant us

You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, and use your Inputs only to provide, maintain, and improve the Service, including generating Generated Content and enforcing our policies.

5.3 Generated Content ownership and license

As between you and Melodeo, you own your Inputs. For Generated Content, you receive a license to use it for personal and lawful purposes, subject to these Terms and any plan limitations.

Important: Generated Content may be similar to content created for other users, and we do not guarantee uniqueness.

5.4 Sharing and publishing

If you share Generated Content publicly, you’re responsible for ensuring it complies with laws, platform rules, and third-party rights.

6) Prohibited uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• violate laws or infringe intellectual property rights
• generate harassment, threats, hate, or targeted abuse
• generate sexual content involving minors (strictly prohibited)
• impersonate others or mislead about origin/endorsement
• attempt to reverse engineer, bypass usage limits, or interfere with the Service
• upload malware or run automated scraping/abuse

We may remove content, limit access, or terminate accounts for violations.

7) Intellectual property

The Service, including our software, design, branding, and templates/modes, is owned by Melodeo and its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you ownership of the Service.

8) Copyright complaints (DMCA)

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, contact us at: blendingbytesdev@gmail.com

• identification of the copyrighted work
• identification of the allegedly infringing material
• your contact info
• a statement of good-faith belief
• a statement under penalty of perjury that your claim is accurate
• your signature (physical or electronic)

(If you don’t have a DMCA email yet, create one—this is worth it.)

9) Service availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

10) Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or suitability of Generated Content for any particular use.

11) Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MELODEO WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO MELODEO IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM (OR $100 IF YOU PAID NOTHING), UNLESS REQUIRED BY LAW.

12) Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Melodeo from claims arising out of your use of the Service, your Inputs, or your violation of these Terms.

13) Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you violated these Terms or if required to protect the Service or other users.

14) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Venue for disputes will be in USA, unless otherwise required by law.

15) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice (e.g., in-app notice or on our website). Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
